The employee who help me this time remembered me and my wife coming in and he didn’t even help us the first time we came in! Helped me find a helmet that I wanted quickly. "Been researching Arai helmets for awhile, noticed they had a discount on some graphic helmets, decided to pull the trigger on one. Ordered the helmet online and used the local Cycle Gear as the ship to location. Order confirmation and ship tracking was sent via email, shortly after receipt the local store called to let me know it had arrived. They had the smoke colored shield in stock for that particular helmet so I purchased that as well. Overall very seamless transaction, all parties did their job in a timely manner. The helmet is great, I got the DT-X in X-Large and the fit is as described. I used the fitting graph in the helmet description and it was spot on for my head shape. The helmets are different, my nephew has a Signet-X in X-Large and the fit is much tighter. "
